Nikon Z6III Weird Flicker

Hello everyone,
I am new here. I have a weird issue with my Z6III camera, I noticed it during a shoot at a musical event with lots of flashing lights/LEDs. I have flicker reduction turned on.

Check the image. Does anyone know what causes these lines? How can I avoid them? Is it the partially stacked sensor?

Shutter banding, also known as the "rolling shutter" effect, is a common issue that occurs when the sensor's reading speed doesn't match the refresh rate of artificial lights. This results in uneven exposure lines or distorted moving images in photos.

I got the quote from here but the anti-spam detector wouldn't let me just post the link.

BARN OWL

These are my favourite owls to dat. I used to keep Persian cats and their faces and eye shape and colour remind me very much of them. Theri faces look like an artist created them.
