These are a highly endangered species, and the rescue center has this young male tiger, which they hope will breed with their already existing female Malayan tiger.

BLACK LEOPARD
A new arrival at the rescue center. She was very friendly and very flirty, rolling about on her back and meowing, then staring at you as if she might be hungry. A magnificently beautiful animal

The lighting looks good. My first impression is that this is someone being goofy in front of the camera? It's kind of a funny shot, but I wouldn't say it's full of "emotion". Emotion as a concept in photography doesn't have to be extremely demonstrative; sometimes it's just a soft expression in the eyes only.
Definitely keep playing with it though.
