Here are a couple long exposure shots using my original 50 year old Minolta SR-T201 and kit lens shooting Fujifilm Neopan Acros 100 II. Both images were taken just at the end of blue hour.

Great Shot! The last light hitting the town and the dramatic sky are perfect.
I just wish you zoomed a bit more in, to remove that dark cloud on the top, but I can imagine that maybe your lens was already at 100%.
I also think that a bit more brightness in the sea wouldn't hurt.
Anyway, you captured a great moment. Well done.
