Hi Everyone, I recently switched my focus from landscape photography to portraits. I would appreciate feedback on a recent Senior session I had. I know I struggle with posing but any advice on lighting and post-processing would also be helpful.
While I like the image and how you processed it, I find the log a bit distracting. I might do a few things to improve. Possibly rotate the image a bit counterclockwise to straighten the log a bit. also I would consider darkening the log.
Joseph, thanks for the critique. I see what you mean about rotating the image. It feels like she is going to slide of the top of it. I'll burn it in a bit and hopefully it won't be as noticeable.
