Critique and editing advise

Hi All,

I did a day of the dead type shoot with a model this past weekend. I wanted to get some feedback on the shots an any editing advice.

Thanks in advance.

Hello Lolu! In the first photo the focus is on her chest, and lights seems to be a bit too flat. The theme, I guess, takes from the mexican celebration of 'day of the dead' (correct me if you got inspired by something else), personally I would go for something a bit less warm and more dramatic.
The second one, lack focus on the flowers and the background looks somehow, weirdly underexposed. The brightest point is the chest and eyes tend to fall there.
In the third one, the position of the model and the shadows on the arm are a bit odd, while her face lack some contrast and bit more catch-light on her eyes.

Hope this is helpful!
Happy shooting

End of coat season

Ady thrifted some faux fur and thought it'd be fun to shoot. She spend the afternoon with me and we shot several of her "furs". I hope you like this one.
