I like your composition and the tones are good for a low key type of shot. I might have used a reflector on her left side to open up the shadows a little, since you can't see her left eye. Could use a catch light in that eye too. I think I would have had her tilt her head down so the viewer isn't looking up her nostrils. There are a lot of other things you could do depending on the equipment you have available, but I suspect this was an available light shot and sometimes you have to go with what you've got.
