Storm

Toronto downtown after a storm.I have tried bringing up some details in foreground but darkness makes this photo attractive. Please critique

I feel like this might be a stronger image if the gray clouds were cropped out, since they muddy up the nice contrast between the vibrantly lit clouds and the silhouetted buildings against them. The same for about 1/4 of the right side of the photo. You have some horizontal lines at play that are making the horizon look uneven, giving a downward slant on the buildings and an upward slant on the clouds.

I'm still relatively new photographer, but I hope this is useful! And thanks for sharing your image!
