I'm torn on this one, and it depends on your intent. The tonal range is good and you have done a good job in minimizing the effect of the background buildings
Whilst I appreciate the lead in formed by the crosswalk I feel this renders the building as being less significant.
If your goal was to present the building itself I would be tempted to crop tighter.
Otherwise a darker sky may have been helpful in defining the edges of the building a little more.
Overall an image that successfully represents the scene.

My view on this is a great shot and it works well for me, except that as mentioned.. a dark sky with more define clouds would set this off. or a completely dark blue sky would offer separation between elements. My edited image is merely reducing the haze and selecting a more/darker black & white post production. As you can see in my edit, the ribs have been slightly separated or defined where as your image.. they blend together. I'd be interested to see this same attempt at night on a long exposure.
