I shot this outside in downtown San Jose using a softbox with speedlights. It was the first time I shot outside and was a bit nervous because there were lots of people around and many staring, wondering what was going on. Also a group of young dudes drinking beer and paying way too much attention. Anyway, it worked out fine and in the end got some ok shots.
I like the way you have controlled the highlights in the fountain water - it would have been so easy to have them blowout and then, I think, the image would have been lost. I hope your friend is pleased with your efforts.
