I think the overall look is a nice idea, but there's too much distracting "stuff" in the image that seem unnecessary. The large champagne bottle at her feet just looks odd, especially since her shoes are so dark that they completely fade away into nothing. The crop could be tightened up so there's not so much dead space on the left side of the frame, and there's some random stuff sitting on that table that just looks cluttered. As a fashion image I don't think this works so much, since we can't really see a lot of what is going on with the clothing and accessories or her hair or makeup (but especially the clothing and accessories).

*edited to add: even though I think smoking is disgusting and shouldn't be glamorized, the unlit cigarette doesn't really work either - there should at least be smoke tendrils coming up off of it. The color gel lighting would catch the smoke which could look interesting.
