Here are a couple long exposure shots using my original 50 year old Minolta SR-T201 and kit lens shooting Fujifilm Neopan Acros 100 II. Both images were taken just at the end of blue hour.

These are views of trees in Urubici, and of Fortaleza canyon in the south of Brazil

Pretty, I like the colors and the pose. I would probably add a bit of contrast or pop the highlights a little more. Also, shooting from a slightly lower angle will give her an even longer appearance; and moving her forward and farther away from the background would lessen that shadow behind her, but those are very minor nitpicks. :)
