Here's a new Before & After of the Beach House Loft I shot in Carlsbad, California. It was great hearing the clients reactions since he was there at the shoot. He said, "i don't think the exterior front is going to look good", and i replied, "just trust me wait till you see the final image". C & C always appreciated.

Really like how you killed the underexposed elements without appearing flashy. Nicely done. It actually looks like dodge and burn without flash. Is this true? Also cool that you spent the time to fix the dead windows.
Classic 80/20 1pt. Absolutely solid. Your 2pt has quite a bit of space dedicated to road texture, which I'm sure you're aware of. I kind of like the duality and how the gradient slowly brightens upward toward the building, but might not be commercially appropriate. Why so much road...head room? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Minor note: 1pt looks subtly warmer than the 2pt.
No flashes were used, I did 5 brackets to get all the information I needed. Very little dodge and burn was done to pull some info from the shadows. These photos are being used for marketing for the client, that's why the extra room for ground just in case for crops.
The first picture is slightly warmer because I enhance the sun on the right side a bit more.
Thanks for the C&C! :)
