Right off, there is a lot competing for my attention here. And I feel it's unbalanced right to left, and top to bottom. The way the background goes from out of focus to in across the frame. Heck, even her eyes don't match. :(
I love the color and the lighting but it posing can use some tweaks. If she would roll her shoulders back, it would elongate the neck. I would have also had her turn her head a little to the left to bring attention to the flower.
I also agree that too much is competing for attention: her eyes, the huge red flower (a different shade of red than lips), white flowers on top of her head, and her cleavage. I thought the same thing when I realized how quickly my eyes danced around the photo on first glance. The lighting looks great and the eye makeup is cool.
