Had to hire an editor myself after deciding taking on more shoots and having face time with clients is more important. What goes on behind the curtain is unimportant to them!

Luckily I knew someone locally, which is the best route. Have you googled retouchers/editors in your area? Could also ask in the retouching groups here on fstoppers.
