Nice , what lens and any strobes? what settings on your camera? Thanks, Ken

Sutdio 403: Thank you. A Canon 16 - 35 L. It is a blend of 7 shots using a hybrid HDR/strobe combination I have developed over the last 10 years. Everything was set to manual in the camera and the specific settings varied with each frame. In this case I used two strobes - one handheld and the other on a light stand CR.

Very nice, Michael! About how much time would you say you put into this shot (on location as well as post processing)?

Korey: Thank you. This was an unusual shoot in that my best client called me on the day it had to be done and I was already shooting at another location. I managed to squeeze it in, but I was in a hurry. Not counting the time it takes me to set up at the unit, I probably spent 5 minutes composing the shot and another 5 minutes getting the strobes in the right location and a minute or two capturing the 7 exposures. In post processing probably about 10 minutes (I added the fire, which took a couple extra minutes). So, in total no more than 20 minutes, probably less.

Thanks, Michael!

Well done image.

The only thing that bugs me is that the chair at bottom could be moved back to not obstruct the table. It would open up the room a touch and still get the sense of the furnishings.

That is a nitpick I know. I encounter precisely the same thing when moving fast.
But it is easy to armchair quarterback. ;)

Indy: Yes. And that pillow on the same chair - I should have removed it. And pulled the chair back just a bit, or got it out of the frame completely. And looking back now, I should have staged the coffee table like I usually do - I don't like the misc. stuff on the left side. Needed more time, as I was under the gun.
