It started out looking good to me but know I'm having trouble figuring out if my brain is deciding to like it more than it should. I'm on the fence and need some specific answers.
It's minimalistic. That's sweet. The main issue with this image though is that the sky is brighter than the actual subject of the picture. The eye naturally looks at the brightest spot first. Even trying to focus on the architecture, the sky pulls my eyes back to it. So if I were you, I'd tone down the sky and add some more brightness / dynamic contrast to the architecture itself.

Waaay better! You can see so much more texture and detail as well as the pretty soft light.
