Here are a couple long exposure shots using my original 50 year old Minolta SR-T201 and kit lens shooting Fujifilm Neopan Acros 100 II. Both images were taken just at the end of blue hour.

Very nice Kay. You have a good eye in your work. I especially like the image of the Whale Bar. You handled multiple light sources with a good skill.
As far as CC, that is very subjective. Your images are professional grade so my comments are only for tweaking. If you intended your images to land in the middle of an histogram then please don't follow my suggestion. I'm just curious if they might be improved through smart contrast or re-setting the white and black points. I believe they would pop a little more and provide a perception of greater sharpness.
I also think I might have shot the bathroom and tub at dusk (before sunset not the blue hour) rather than full daylight and let the tungsten lights be dominant. That also would have given warmth to the concrete and ceramic.
