hello justin,
i think its a good work, overall light and retouch is good... a little more retouch on hairs (right side and back of her neck) would work, but nothing important.
but maybe if the background was a little darker, then hairs and model would really stand out and draw more attention, i don't know,its just how i feel.
other than that, good job
