I like to colour toning in the second image! My main crit would be to leave more space around the cars/bikes, the crop is very very tight at the moment. I think the 2nd image would be pretty top shelf if it just had a bit more space around it. Also, half of the battle with automotive photography is a decent and suitable location. I feel the location in the bottom image doesn't suit the car and doesn't really add a lot. Once you get into auto photography more you find yourself scouting locations wherever you go, hoping to find something large, quiet and interesting enough to shoot a car in :)
