NAUTICA Voyage

My first try with splash product photography.

I used 3 Elinchrom D-Lite 400ti strobes with Elinchrom Skyport HS+ trigger. These strobes have a very long flash duration which makes them perfect fit for the Skyport HS+ trigger. It enabled me to shoot this image at 1/8000sec for the splash part, ISO1600. Main shot is done at ISO100 and all composited in Photoshop.

Black acrylic board as the base and Savage Translum backdrop lit with a strobe and 20° honeycomb grid. Two strip-boxes from both sides, diffused on the right.

Canon 5D Mark IV, Canon 100mm f/2.8L IS Macro, Capture One Pro 11.

The thing I would point out is your subject isn't centred, but it also isn't enough to the side, it seems a little awkward were it is now. May be be a lot of empty space on the right side that doesn't have a reason to be. Also you have to much space at the top, I think you could save your composition just by cropping out top and right.
I like your theme, with the rope and water, I think it serves your product really well. Would like to see some more contrasting light on the rope, show that texture, even though you have it out of focus.

Thank you Carlos! Just tried cropping a bit closer to the bottle and it makes a lot of sense actually.
