This is my first real go at product photography. I'm a web designer and will be designing a new website for a small clothing company and have been asked to shoot their hats for the site. So I decided to work on my technique.
What do you guys think? Any comments will be greatly appreciated.

A stone shepherd's cabin with an orange roof beside a high-altitude lake in the province of Leon during an unexpected late spring snowfall.
I wanted to see how my 50 year old Canon FD 800mm f/5.6 s.s.c. would handle photographing both the Sun and the Moon.

I held a lighting workshop recently. Sterling was the model. I rarely shoot silhouettes but I wanted to incorporate that arch into a shot. Backlighting became an obvious choice.
