Focus Stacking ~ New to Me
I am interested in learning Macro/Closeup photography and understanding that Focus Bracketing is a good part of the process, I thought I would give focus stacking a try.
Vintage Lens
Another visit to our garden using a vintage lens (Canon FD 50mm f/1.4) on my Canon R5. NOTE: With this lens the minimum focusing distance is 18" at which point you have 1/4" depth of field.
Austin, Texas Blue Hour
Was down in Austin for a bit on a work trip. I've always heard how beautiful the skyline is from the river.
Was a little let down by the clouds, but what can I do!
Two from Tenerife
My two favourite images from my recent night time adventure in Tenerife. Foregrounds and skies were shot separately and blended in PS.

I really like them and how the lighting is for the main portion of the shoe and how the light gradients. But I myself would only change one thing and that would be to add some additional light to the souls to bring the white out in them more.
Thank you so much.
I agree with you, but the client wanted a grey souls (it's the brand color)
But maybe if I could get some brightness with direct light to have some more contrast ... I would have to try a little more in the next photos
Oh ok I thought the souls were white but if that’s what the true color is photos look great and as before lighting is nice.
Oh thank u
I have to agree - Lighting looks awesome! Even if I do not like the shoes themself, I like the images.
And about the background - I thinks it is a little too much, maybe lower the opacity - but pure white looks too standard for me.
Great work
Nice photos, would like to know what was the setup for the shooting
Thank you,
