New version of Bluristic available
For iPhone users - a new version of Bluristic has dropped (v1.8) which offers new features and significant improvements in stability & useability.
Focus Stacking ~ New to Me
I am interested in learning Macro/Closeup photography and understanding that Focus Bracketing is a good part of the process, I thought I would give focus stacking a try.
Vintage Lens
Another visit to our garden using a vintage lens (Canon FD 50mm f/1.4) on my Canon R5. NOTE: With this lens the minimum focusing distance is 18" at which point you have 1/4" depth of field.

You did a great job filling in with you on camera flash. I would move the flag up so those lines don't run together. Leave just a little breathing room. If the flag isn't required I would loose it. Other than that add a little pop. Something like this.
Looks pretty good. I agree with Jason's advice, and additionally I'd frame it so you don't have the edge of the table or that little red thing in the upper edge of the image. Nice placement of the metal object in the corner, balances the photo well.

I would make sure that the main protein is always the focal point of your dish. Here it looks like the parsley is the focus point. The rest- the colors, composition, and overall style is good.
