Thoughts? opinion? is this a good deal for mamiya 645/P1 user with a Mamiya ZD22? good upgrade from Mamiya ZD22?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the Aptus 22 and ZD22 are the same sensor, just maybe with different image processor/software.
So if you already have a ZD and are not going to upgrade to a newer/higher resolution sensor, I don't think it's worth the money.
I was also wondering about this offer, but KEH is based in USA, so for me in Poland it's going to be +23% value added tax, +7% import tax, +expensive postage :/
