Was that shot in the tunnel or placed there in post? Great shot either way! I'm not sure if we're supposed to offer criticisms or not. The little splash of light on the right from the headlight doesn't really add anything to the photo - I would take it out, but that's just me.
Hi Jason, if you check the same photo in my portfolio you'll see the description there. The bike was shot on location, so no I did not place it there in post. I realise that could be done relatively easy, but I'm not a big cut and paster - I really prefer to shoot on location where ever possible. I also acknowledge that sometimes commercially it's just cheaper to shoot the subject and paste over a different background, but it's not my preference.
As for the headlight, it's the actual projection from it (not created in post), the headlight is on, so I left it there. I realise some would take it, some would leave it, but for me I wanted it in there.
Hey Craig! That's a fantastic location shot! I'm not a fan of dropping in subjects onto other images unless it's 100% planned from the beginning otherwise things always look a little...off. I'm glad you kept the splash of light from the headlight. Well done. Keep the photos coming.
