I found that the sweet spot is 1/50th - 1/60th shutter speed. I then stop down pretty well on my Canon 16-35mm F4 IS L anywhere between F11-F16. I then use my ISO first to adjust exposure, if I can't get anything near properly exposed I'll open up the aperture.
