First attempt with a couple new things - Looking for suggestions

Hi all! I just found this website today and really like everything I've seen so far. Was hoping for suggestions on how I could of made this photo better at the time I took it (them)

The two new things I tried with a friends car was taking several images using a circular polarizer and then using masks to paint out the areas I liked in Ps. One thing I couldn't grasp is, I was able to remove a huge amount of the reflections on the door and rear panel. But as I rotated the polarizer for subsequent shots, I couldn't eliminate the ones around the bumper corner. I can actually see myself in it when I zoom in. Could a ND filter stacked with a polarizing filter help with something like this?

From a composition standpoint I actually had to do more editing than I wanted to. My friend was in a hurry and where he parked it there was a another tree "growing" right through the passenger window and over the roof, as well as a couple light post.

I shot this at f/4 but the background was still so much in focus I blurred it more in Ps. Until I can get a better lens, I'll just have to deal with that issue I think.

Anyway, I'm open to all suggestions and critiques! Thanks, have a great day! I look forward to seeing more great content from you all

Unless it's all flat, that thing is a gigantic mirror. You can't, and in my opinion shouldn't, get rid of all of the reflections (of course for a commercial job you don't want the reflections). It looks like you shot this midday. Try to shoot during the "golden hour" in the morning and evening, or find a shady spot that will soften the light. That will cut most of the glare down that you're talking about. It helps also to not shoot over the parking lines like that.
