just take this as my opinion and constructive, we all want to do better. Mine are shit compared to some up here but i keep at it cause I love cars.
This is a nice car to shoot. But this is really dark, if you have an editing software you should pull out a little of the blacks and shadows not alot just enough to highlight. Another thing I see is your shooting standing, if you want good lines with cars the majority of shots are low looking up giving the car more of a "presence". The bottom one could have been "leveled" more with the horizon line.
The thought behind these shots has awesome potential.
I like the bottom one more due to the sky highlighting the car.
Keep shooting them. Id like to see more up here.
Thanks so much, great opinion and I agree with all of it. I tend to go for a more dark aesthetic and sometimes I take it a little too far, the horizon on the bottom one was tricky because when I adjusted it to the horizon, something just looked off/ wonky about how the car was sitting. But ironically, it probably wouldn’t have been an issue if I shot lower haha. I’m gonna post some others from this shoot soon so keep an eye out, and thanks again!
