This was shot at Radwood LA a few weeks ago. I spent the day shooting the cars in the show, which is always tricky. Lots of waiting for people to move, often when they don't even know they're in the shot. Terrible angles available but I did what I could and it keeps my Instagram profile full (@merriman.motors).
As the show was ending I wandered up to the top deck and found that the event photographer was lining up some of the more notable cars for a photoshoot in golden hour. A bunch of photographers shooting both film and digital were hanging out shooting the cars and chatting. It was a lot of fun and this is some of what I got out of it.
I'd be happy for some constructive criticism about editing. I usually start with Lightroom's auto adjust then tweak from there, add contrast with the tone curve, then bump the clarity and dehaze a little bit. But the first one in particular feels maybe a little too crunchy. Thoughts?
