There is something about the skin tone that isn't natural though. It has some odd yellows under the eyes and around the face, and falls from a pale left to a tanned right.
Then, as was mentioned in the last submission, the hand tone is very different from the face.
Try adjusting the colour of the hand with a H/S adjustment layer.
P.S. Your work is looking great, so we have to get picky :)
It's getting better, there's now colour in her hand, but it looks very yellow still.
I hope you don't mind, I just took a quick low-res shot of the hand and adjusted the colour to add a bit more magenta to illustrate what I mean.
But like I said in my last comment, these things to me are nit-picking, because it's an awesome shot.
My guess is you used a butterfly lighting setup - it removes the pores and wrinkles as much as possible in camera and gives a real fashion/beauty look. It may be too good, as it looks almost brushed on. Camera left cheek looks a little out of focus. Still a nice shot though.
Uh, I can see the reflection from your light source in your model's eyes. The angle suggest a butterfly lighting type of staging.
Besides, butterfly lighting can be achieved using a natural light source. For instance you can use a reflector to direct the lighting into your model's face - as it appears you did here. If not, even a natural source at the right angle behind you would do the same, but it appears that you're in an alleyway of some sort. Are you saying you did not direct the light in any way? If so, what was the "natural" light source? Did you just get lucky? I'm only asking because it's rare one achieves catch lights like the one in your model's eyes, and that type of skin tone glow, especially in a darkened alley without flash. It could be that it was just a powerful light from the open alley behind you. If so, you did get lucky!
Your right I was in a alley in this shot, with open sky behind me, it was a sky free day, and all I used was natural light, no reflectors, no flash :-)
I keep coming back to this shot (and the others you have of her) and I agree with all those who love the shot because of your model. She lovely and her personality shines. But there is something about the toning that I just can't put my finger on. Her face looks to be a different color than her hand and the highlight areas on her cheeks and forehead are very painterly (if you know what I mean).
But again, its a great capture.
Haha thank you for your words - Im aware of the hand and face color differences, get some feedback at that, and also trying to learn to match the colors, I have tried it in the picture i attach to this comment - And maybe I should re-edit this picture again, and fix the problems (Y)
Very nice! The model's personalty really shows here. Like the dof, skin tone, and framing.
PERFECT. Period
Great expression :)

Thanks for your advice, tried the hue method, it's better?

It's alright - but she's hand was from start little pale compared to her face, but I have always difficult to get the hand and face colors to match :(
Yeah I hear you. I find it's usually pale because of the makeup added to the face.
Gonna nail the hand edit soon :P
Skin is really overdone. You know you've overdone the skin, when you can't see its texture or pores. Face looks almost painted on.
Take a deeper look brother

If you look closer, he effectively used natural light to light his subject. A+ job on the naturally retouched skin.
Your right, I have only used natural light, dont know what Mike talking about haha.

Nice job using your available light source for sure! It had a great effect!
I love this shot!
Great colors here. I like also the spontaneous and natural expression of the girl.
Thanks brother
