It's funny that you just edited snow into a shot, I literally just did the same with one of my shots.
Been lovin' the shots from that shoot you had with her, and I love the original shot here; the edit, not so much. I love the colour toning in the edited version, but I don't like a few things about it.
First, the snow. There are 2 layers it seems, a foreground and background. Most of the background snow is in pretty good focus, but you're probably shooting f/1.8, which means they should be less focused. There is so much snow in the background and the motion blur makes it look likes it's a pretty big storm, however the model's eyes are full open and her hair isn't really blowing in the direction of the storm. The foreground snow doesn't have that motion blur, so it looks unnatural to me.
Second, you're other photos from this shoot have been really great retouches, but I think you over did this one. She feels very plastic and fake in this one, almost like a painting.
Like the shot :-)
There are a few things though.. Fingers are very red, compared to the rest of the face, and she is a orange tint over her, and i agree with Mike, that it seems a bit overdone, you should tone it down just a bit, that would make it perfekt.
beautiful, i love it :)

That looks really good. Nice D&B too.
