A new arrival at the rescue center. She was very friendly and very flirty, rolling about on her back and meowing, then staring at you as if she might be hungry. A magnificently beautiful animal

The start is ok, but you need to do more. It's beauty shot, so it should be perfect. D&B or use one of FS way to fix this. I would recommend to add hi-contrast B&W layer on top when D&B - it's easier.

Yeah, like Vilmantas said...it need a bit more work at least under the eyes. For me only that area is not that ok in your image. The skin under the eyes. Other than that to me seems really ok! Good job!
