Last week I met up with my good friend Thomas and was shooting him for a small clothing label. We didn't expect to get much climbing done but we found a rock that made for a bit of a scary challenge. Took him longer to get down than it did to get up.

The more I continue to age the more I seem to be drawn to images that retain a level of familiarity, but draw me away from the realities of life.
One of my favorite waterfalls I've photographed in recent years. deep in the backcountry of Vancouver Island lies this pristine oasis.
