Warmest greetings to my fellow automotive and automotive photography enthusiasts here at Fstoppers, even though it's that time of the year where we either put our sweethearts to hibernate until Spring or prepare them for the salt and snow.
Hailing from Toronto, Ontario, I have only recently gotten involved in automotive photography. I purchased a Canon t5i Rebel in May 2015 and attended my first meet right at the beginning of summer. Although the picture I have uploaded is from a different one, it is one of my personal favourites from my images.
How I got into this field is quite a surprise to me as well. I would have never expected to see myself taking photos of some pretty amazing builds. What inspired me to be an automotive photographer was seeing a fellow enthusiasts photos. Which I figure had sparked my interest short after.
I have yet to attend professional schooling to learn everything there is to photography, however, I've taken the chance to teach myself whatever that I could after reading several articles as well as studying some photos. Currently I'm in the process of learning how to edit in Adobe Photoshop Lightroom, and due to working two jobs, I have found no time to invest practicing.
I do look forward to any feedback and ways to grow in this skill as I'm considering on opening my own photography business.
I really like the interior shot! Something about the color tones really jump out to me. Nice job!
