i went super basic on this one.used westcott para 35" and b1 profoto.i only used that one light and did the job.used canon 5d mark iii and the 70-200 wide open.i guess its the model you work with:)))my new strategy for 2016 to hire good looking models:)))

And yeah after working with freebies for all of 2015, getting lucky here and there and surprised (for better or worse) by the different talent levels, I think hiring is next for me as well.
Going through agencies at maybe 100+ an hour is tough though...what's your strategy?
i think networking is a key.im not good at it at all.i just decide to work my butt of on shoots.be super productive.maybe ill be recognized from somebody:)))but its a lot of us out there.we need to fight.and a lot of not paid gigs that i hate.oh well.whats urs?
