First time on the street. Thoughts/advice?

These photos were part of an effort I made specifically to do street photography. I most often do landscape stuff, but with knee injuries I find that ain't gonna happen no more. So, do you have any thoughts? Tips and advice? Cheers and jeers? Or does it just suck?

Hey Stephen. Not bad considering this id your first time. Second photo (drummer) is definitely the strongest of the set. Even thou I'm more into candid shots I can appreciate guys response as he noticed your camera.
Second photo from the last is good too. I like the social commentary.
Don't be afraid to come closer and be in the middle of the action. I'm not sure what focal length (or equivalent) you are using for those but I personally prefer 35mm or 28mm (full frame equivalent). Wider focal lengths force you to come closer and be more bold at the same time. It takes some practice but it pays off.
