Miami is best known for its beaches, the influence of latin culture and the confluence of many different nationalities. Bright colors, busy streets, hectic nightlife, rich and famous are part of this vibrant culture that is very specific to south Florida. Little is know however that Miami is named after the Mayaimi, a Native American tribe that lived around Lake Okeechobee until the 17th or 18th century.
As we were planning our shoot, Iria said she needed a swimwear look. I wanted lifestyle with my car. We compromised. I think it turned out great. Hope you like it.

A bird I have not come across before. In my ignorance I just assumed it was a variety of Toucan.
