Phone in Arcade & Cuppa in the light

Hello Street Photographers

I am relatively new to fStoppers and this group so I thought I'd introduce myself with a couple of pictures from Sydney, Australia.

I suspect that as more people shoot pictures on their phones, environmental portraits of people taking photos on their phones might become a sub-genre of street photography? Or maybe just an idea for a photo series......

I also saw these ladies sharing a cuppa in a cafe and the sunlight was right on them. The lighting only lasted a few moments.

Any constructive criticism gratefully received.......

This image from the late 1980s, predates all digital editing and what is captured, is exactly what was seen in viewfinder - there was no postproduction editing.

Model testing

This image was done in late 1980s on Polaroid's instant slide film Polapan - a prefect film for beauty and boudoir photography as skin tones were rendered silky.
