The Mysterious Stranger and the Pyramid of, er, Mystery

I took a few days off and was in the capital city specifically to spend some time working on my street photography skills. I was taking some photos of this pyramid art-type thing when the Mysterious Stranger strode past, dressed in an impeccable black suit and wearing a trilby. I seized the opportunity and got a few hurried shots of his back as he headed straight into the pyramid and was moderately pleased with the outcome.

I kind of wished I could have had him more centred but doing so would cut off the left hand point of the pyramid, which would also annoy me.

Fujifilm X-Pro3, 23mm f/8, 1/250s, ISO80. Some post in Capture One.

Von der Decken's Hornbill

A bird I have not come across before. In my ignorance I just assumed it was a variety of Toucan.

I feel fortunate to have ben able to capture it with my lens.

Von der Decken's Hornbill

I felt very fortunate to capture this beautiful bird. I have not heard of this bird before and in my ignorance assumed it was a Toucan variety.
