This picture is one of many that turned out really well from my last photoshoot. There are a couple things that I wish were different, but overall, I really like it!
Really nice, good job. One thing that bugs me and my eye was instantly drawn to it is that shadow under the door handle and the way the shadow from the mirror is cast. I'm assuming this hasn't been lit from above but at an angle.
I agree completely. It bothers me as well, but I didn't have any shots where light filled in that spot, so I couldn't change it. I could probably Ps it out, but I hate faking things in my photography. I am simply going to use it as a learning experience for the next shoot.
As for the cast of the shadow, the light was above and to the left (right above the front wheel) for the left half of the car, so that shadow is realistic -- Just not perfect. :)
I think it's a great profile. And the fact that you've made such a dramatic shot without shopping it is fenominal to me. (That killer paint doesn't hurt either)
I really appreciate you pointing out the photoshop part, because one thing that I hate about photography today, is how overly photoshopped everything is. I do my best to make everything as realistic as possible.
Nicely done man. Keep it up and perfecting your talent ;)

So did you light paint it, or use strobes?
It wouldn't allow me to reply to your comment below, so I'll put it here.
I always use strobes and very rarely use light painting techniques.
