Captures the essence of this guy....confident kid, etc. Like the lighting and you still got the dramatic skyline. I agree the crop is little too tight, but this is really a good portrait.
It may just be me, but his shirt is so long that it has a tunic-esque look to it, making it a bit feminine. I think also the flow-y part of the shirt on his mid right forearm and off his left thigh adds to that flow-y effect. Great lighting and background though!
I like the lighting and colors....but being a part time golfer my immediate thought was "Doh, he's waking in the sand trap, not cool!" I like the fact that he is moving too....great for senior guys' portraits, they always seem more comfortable moving than posing.
I used a beauty dish and 50" reflector.
I think it looks good. But I think the crop at the top and bottom are a little too tight.

ok fellas here is what I decided to do with this image. Its just a different version that I like.
