not bad....I would probably remove completely the tree and post on the left hand side or at least straighten the post. Also the front of the car seems to be a different tone which I find really distracting. I would probably comp a more interesting sky in the background or something and play with curves and blending modes to add a bit of punch too...
Compositionally, nice idea. Foreground is too bright and eyes are drawn to the brightest part of an image.
Because the foreground is so bright I'd expect the sky to also be bright to try pull my eyes up.
Front is darker than the rear, in a profile shot like this I'm expecting the front to also be well lit, front wheel is... dark? Or is that a dark reflection in the rim?
Kill the tree and post, fill the frame more of the car. Different grass front and rear is also a bit odd.
Play with curves, get more punch to the colours.
