Photographing Jumping spiders

Hi everyone .... I've had the privelage now to photograph several jumping spiders . Just wanted to open a discussion to setups and lighting particularly in regards to the specular highlights in jumping spiders eyes for people to share thoughts and techniques . Thank you !

Hi Johnathon. I photograph a lot of Jumping Spiders, I have lost count of the different types that I have photographed in my garden.
The reflections in their eyes from the flash and diffuser has been a problem for me, I have learnt to live with what I am getting, sometimes I use the clone tool to shape the highlight to a more pleasing look. I would like to have the time to refine my diffuser setup, but my time is very limited, and when I do get some spare time I prefer to be taking photos instead of modifying gear.
I wouldn't be unhappy with what you are getting there in that first photo, looks very good.

Really nice pictures!
Are you using stacks as well or tried that before?
