Buttonbush

I have a macro lens, and I don't get to use it very often. So when I went on a weekend trip with some family, I of course brought the entire camera kit along. This included the little used macro lens. I was pleasantly surprised to find some great opportunities to use this lens.

This is a common buttonbush, half the blossoms were incomplete, and this was the only accessible full bloom. I took a bunch of images, with other flowers in the back, combinations of 1-5 flowers, but this is still my favorite of the bunch.
