I really enjoy creating something different with drones. I've had the Mavic now for about four weeks and I absolutely love it.

Mixing Film and Night - New for Me
Here are a couple long exposure shots using my original 50 year old Minolta SR-T201 and kit lens shooting Fujifilm Neopan Acros 100 II. Both images were taken just at the end of blue hour.

Far better then my first attempts at macro. Your subject, environment, lighting all look nice to me, my only cc would be to try to focus stack several shots to get the subject fully in focus; if full focus is desired that is. Love all the light reflections/refraction bokeh.
First image in red feels more classic to me. Second feels more 70s-glamour (not a bad thing).
Just my eye and thoughts, of course.
Thank you. I'll try focus stacking after I buy a rail for my tripod so I can move the camera forward in small increments. Until then is just testing and having fun. Thanks for cc.
Your welcome, I love experimenting.
You shouldn't need a rail though, just slightly rotate your focus ring on the lens; start with the closest part of the target... then slightly rotate the focus ring.. take a picture, and repeat till you're at the furthest part you want in focus. Then just stack 'em up.. :)
I'm sure you've noticed that when shooting macro...... the higher the magnification the smaller the DOF becomes. Which brings me to the "plane of focus" which very important. Understanding it is simple but achieving same is both difficult and frustrating in shooting macro. Second only to finding enough light...............
