Here are a couple long exposure shots using my original 50 year old Minolta SR-T201 and kit lens shooting Fujifilm Neopan Acros 100 II. Both images were taken just at the end of blue hour.

They were all taken on Panasonic GX-85 and Pana/Leica 45mm macro lens. So 1-1 is equal to full frame 2-1. Hoverfly was quite a bit less than 1-1 and cropped after.. Wasp was a little closer, but still not 1-1. Wolf Spider was right at 1-1 with no crop. Jumping spider on penny also had a Raynox 250 on the lens which gives it 1.7 to 1 no crop on that one either. All shots were single frames except the daffodil close up is a stack of 5 or 6 frames IIRC.
