This shot was taken at the Reflecting Pool in front of the Lincoln Memorial. It shows the Washington Monument, US Capitol and other attractions along the Mall. The sun had had set about 15 minutes before, leaving just enough ambient light to give some color to the sky. I used a tripod and exposed for 8 seconds at f/8 and an ISO of 100, underexposed by 1/3 stop.
I thought I would try out my 50 year old lenses: Canon FD 50mm f/1.5 SSC and Canon FD 28mm f/2.8 on my Canon R5 with the use of the appropriate adapter.
These photos were taken just outside of a small town in central Portugal.
