Definitely, you should work on composition. If you don't feel what works best, try to take more pictures to decide later which one is the best. Try to analyze, why this or that is the better, to save your time in future. As Pedro said it's overexposed, but that is not an issue in many cases if you shoot raw. The composition is the thing. You can have one perfectly exposed picture but it's not going to work, but you will be happy for near perfectly composed no matter if it under or over exposed. Try to crop photograph in different ways. You might find something interesting too.
