Looks great! love the motion in the clouds, and the rich tones give the silvery feel. Great composition as well! That being said my eye keeps being drawn to the lower left-hand thirds intersect, those little pyramid lights next to the water. maybe decrease the contrast in that area and increase it in the buildings above to help pull attention to the skyline. overall very well done.
