I waited a long time before getting a drone because I wanted something portable and with larger than a cell phone sized sensor. When the Mavic 2 Pro came out, I got one and figured I could have some fun with it. What I didn't count on was how good it was at taking panoramas. You just push a button and it automatically takes a sequence of shots with the correct amount of overlap. (I wish my regular camera could do that!)
The 1" sensor takes 20 megapixel images, and the RAW files are good enough for some editing latitude. (You DO have to do some noise reduction.) The drone can take 3x3 or 7x3 panoramas, and at 20 megapixels per frame you can end up with some very large, detailed images. Also the feature set of the system is as complete as any camera I've used.
thats good to know nice shot
